Are VULTRIX products safe for daily use?
Yes. Our formulas are pH-balanced, alcohol-free, and gentle enough for everyday care, even on sensitive skin.
How do I know which set or product is best for me?

Can your products help with odor or irritation?
Yes. Our Pristine Gel, Drizzle Mist, and Nectar Oil are all designed to support a healthy intimate environment, soothe irritation, and keep odor in check.
Can I use your oil and cream together?
Yes you can! They each serve different purposes — Nectar Oil deeply hydrates and smooths, while Mellow Cream helps with brightening and evening tone. Layer them or alternate based on your needs.
Can I use your products while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Our products are formulated without harmful ingredients and are designed to be gentle and non-irritating. That said, we always recommend checking in with your doctor or gynae if you have any concerns.
Can I use your products during menstruation?
Yes, our products are safe to use during your period. They help support hygiene and comfort, so you can feel clean and refreshed throughout the day.
Are your products tested on animals?
Never. VULTRIX is proudly cruelty-free and always will be.
📦 Orders & Shipping
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and the details you'd like to update. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but once your order has been processed and shipped, no further changes can be made.
What do I do if the order I received is incorrect?
We're so sorry for the mix-up. Please reach out to us via email or WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order, and include your order number along with clear photos of what you received. We’ll review and make it right as soon as possible.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We’ve got you. Take a photo of the damaged product and your order number, send it to us via WhatsApp or email. We’ll sort it out for you.
Do you ship everywhere?
We currently offer domestic shipping within Singapore. For international shipping, just reach out, we’ll do our best to assist!
What are the shipping fees?
A flat rate of $5 applies to orders below $50, while orders of $50 and above enjoy free shipping.

How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-2 business day. Local delivery takes around 2–3 working days. For international orders, shipping typically takes 7–21 days, depending on your location.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept cancellations or refunds once an order is placed. Please double-check your items before checking out. If you’ve made a mistake, you may request a change of items, as long as the replacement items are of the same value.

No. Only one promo code can be used per order.
