Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business day, including expedited orders.
Orders are delivered within 3-6 business days from shipment.
Returns & Exchange Policy
At Vultrix, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, we do not accept returns once items have been purchased.
However, if you’d like to exchange a product, we’re here to help. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll gladly work with you to make things right.
To be eligible for an exchange:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition

Items purchased from other retailers cannot be exchanged on our website

We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) returns

Damaged or Defective Items
If the product(s) in your shipment arrived damaged or defective, please keep the original packaging and contents. Contact us with your order number and a clear photo/video proof, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
Lost Packages
Vultrix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, we’re happy to resend it. However, additional shipping fees will apply and must be covered by the customer.
