Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept cancellations or refunds once an order is placed. Please double-check your items before checking out. If you’ve made a mistake, you may request a change of items, as long as the replacement items are of the same value.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and the details you'd like to update. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but once your order has been processed and shipped, no further changes can be made.
What do I do if the order I received is incorrect?
We're so sorry for the mix-up. Please reach out to us via email or WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order, and include your order number along with clear photos of what you received. We’ll review and make it right as soon as possible.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, feel free to reach out with your name and order details, we’ll get it sorted.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayNow, and Bank Transfers. All payments are processed securely.
Can I stack promo codes?
Only one promo code can be used per order.
